If any party approaches DUCAT to offer or solicit for bribes or to obtain unfair advantage, either for themselves or ostensibly on DUCAT’s behalf, DUCAT will immediately terminate all working relationships with that party. DUCAT’s Anti-Corruption and Bribery Policy can be requested from Central Office. All DUCAT management teams globally are obliged to attend annual anti-corruption seminars to distil best practice across the firm and amongst our contracting parties.
